Are you a highly organised individual? Our client is in need of a skilled Legal Secretary to provide secretarial and administrative support to fee earner.
Essentials:
* Computer Literate
* Ability to multi-task
* Able to work well under pressure
* Great communication skills (both telephone and face to face)
* Organisational skills
Key Responsibilities:
1. Produce letters, correspondence and documents.
2. Dealing with clients
3. Use of the Firm's IT equipment in furtherance of your duties.
4. Compliance with any reasonable requests made by your fee earner, the partners or somebody on their behalf.
5. Liaising with other departments
6. Respond to and follow up enquiries by post, telephone, personal visits and email.
7. Maintain existing and new customers through DPS database.
8. Create and maintain filing system, organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer based information.
9. Strict compliance with all aspects of Lexcel.
10. Arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.
11. Maintain and report on equipment and software.
12. Photocopying and general maintenance of client files including opening, closing and storage.
