The Position:
1. Provide world class onsite service support to our customers/partners, including installation (as needed), repair (FS), preventive maintenance (PM), and field change orders (FCO).
2. Collaborate with Service Administrators and Level 2 Support in scheduling of customer/partner visits in accordance with the service contract agreement.
3. Adhere to achieve/exceed expectations on key performance indicators (KPIs) as set out in the Fiscal Year.
4. Debrief and complete Work Orders assigned in accordance with the KPIs.
5. Effectively manage boot/trunk stock and complete a stock take as required, utilizing ServiceMax as the key portal including the RMA process.
6. Maintain tools and vehicle assigned in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
7. Ensure the highest professional relationship with our partners/customers to strengthen their allegiance and loyalty.
8. Engage and provide feedback to internal stakeholders including Technical Support, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales Teams.
9. Escalate technical issues as necessary to solve critical tasks in the fastest way possible, which may include participating in Workshops or Kaizen events, reflecting our EPREDIA VALUES – PEOPLE, INNOVATION, CUSTOMER, CONTINUOUS LEARNING, and RESULTS.
10. Represent Epredia in a positive, professional manner in all dealings with customers, both external and internal.
11. Actively promote our offerings and available products/service contracts.
Requirements:
1. Professional background/qualification in Electronics/Engineering or related subjects.
2. Minimum 3-5 years’ field experience servicing analytical equipment or equivalent applications specialist experience.
3. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities.
4. Excellent interpersonal, self-motivational, and negotiating skills.
5. Clean Driving License.
6. Understanding of TCP/IP Networks.
7. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
8. Very good English skills, both verbal and written.

In this highly autonomous role, you will spend the majority of your time with the customer, with daily travel in the field as part of a national service team.
