About the Role:
We’re looking for a Sales Support professional to join our growing team in Bury/Prestwich. If you're proactive, confident with communication, and eager to learn, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in sales and account management. No prior experience is needed, and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Utilise LinkedIn and company data to identify and source new leads. You’ll be expected to be proactive in seeking out new sales opportunities.
2. Demos: Confidently conduct demo calls via Microsoft Teams with prospective clients, showcasing our product.
3. Account Management: Manage partner relationships from onboarding to going live, including responding to messages, emails, and calls. You’ll oversee your own pipeline.
4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
5. Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and competitors through ongoing training.
6. Training: Provide comprehensive training to partners via Microsoft Teams before they go live.
7. Portal Builds: Collaborate with the design team to build partner portals and packs.
8. Feedback: Arrange feedback calls with partners and share insights with the tech and support teams.
9. Reporting: Report directly to the CCO, creating weekly reports to monitor partner statuses.
10. Input: We value your feedback and input on improving our processes and product offerings.

2. Ability to manage your time and workload effectively.
3. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
4. Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and other communication tools.
