Binks Yard Chef de Partie
As a Binks Yard Chef de Partie, you will need experience in working in a fast-paced kitchen. This role is not an entry-level position – you will be supporting the Senior Chefs to manage the Binks Yard kitchen to the standards set out by the Chef Patron, directing your section and enforcing a high level of health and hygiene standards.
Managing food margins through wastage and portioning is second nature to you, whilst developing a high-performing team is something you have done in previous roles and will bring to this one. All chefs in your section will have a development plan and you will nurture that talent to become your successor.
A 5* food hygiene rating is your bread and butter; you manage your section to be audit-ready at all times, and food safety is paramount – you put your guests as your priority.
