Job Description : Recruitment Partner Pay : Up to £27,000 per annum Refer a Friend Scheme - £250 awarded (T&C's apply) We are looking to hire a Recruitment Partner to work from our Cornwall office, to help us hire support workers to meet the needs of the individuals that we support. You will be used to resourcing or completing high level administrative tasks, whilst working in a face paced and dynamic environment, along with maintaining good working relationships with your stakeholders. This is a hybrid role, where you will work from our Cornwall office for a minimum of three days a week. To be successful in this role you will have good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and be personable, yet professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing the end-to-end recruitment, including writing adverts, advertising of vacancies through our ATS, vetting applicants via our pre-screening process. Ensuring the highest quality of candidate journey is maintained, along with a high compliance standard and maximum productivity. Delivering KPI's, targets and objectives on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, updating hiring managers on progress of new starters, partnering with stakeholders in the business to ensure proactive management of recruitment needs are met for respective areas that you will partner with. Ensuring all staff that are offered, meet our safer recruitment checks in line with CQC regulatory compliance, undertaking satisfactory referencing, RTW, DBS checks and issuing of online training, whilst maintaining consistency, and accuracy. Support with ongoing compliance of employees, to include maintaining employees’ files to ensure online training and DBS checks remain up to date. Data is important to us, so knowing your recruitment stats and making sure you utilise our systems and report effectively on your respective area is essential for the role. The ideal candidate will: Have proven experience (a minimum of 1 years) of delivering against the recruitment process or in a similar administrative role. Have experience of working within a complex fast paced organisation. Be adaptive, flexible, and comfortable working at pace. Have experience of dealing with external candidates with a customer centric approach. Possess an attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Be a team player but with the ability to work under own initiative to deliver to deadline. Have the ability to build and maintain relationships in a professional manner. Be able to hit the ground running and get stuck into the role at pace and with minimal supervision. Be confident using Microsoft Office and possess the ability to learn IT systems required for the role.
