We are looking for Sales Ledger Administrator Are you ready to be a key player in a fast-paced, results-driven environment? We’re on the lookout for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join our vibrant Europa team In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Credit Control department, ensuring that every receipt is swiftly and accurately posted to the sales ledger. You’ll also tackle client disputes head-on, working to resolve them efficiently in line with Europa’s Credit Control Policy. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to make an impact, we want you on board What you will be doing as Sales Ledger Administrator: Open new customer accounts in Leonardo upon receiving a complete credit application. Run credit reports to be able to asses a credit limit Explore options like director guarantees, or reviewing the latest set of accounts with the branch. Ensure proper documentation, including land registry checks for guarantees, Maintain an Excel spreadsheet for all new accounts to manage workload and monitor volume effectively. Upon receiving email confirmations for debit or credit card payments, create journals to allocate funds to the correct accounts. Ensure all bank receipts are posted accurately to the appropriate Leonardo sales account, splitting amounts across accounts when necessary. Administer changes to company details via Leonardo, and update Corrivo when contact emails change. Manage daily administration of reports from Corrivo, sourcing missing information to ensure customers receive invoices and statements. Complete all supplier forms, ensuring they comply with Europa’s Terms and Conditions. Generate daily reports to highlight unallocated account balances, ensuring proper allocation. Run full aged debt reports to investigate and correct any missing or incorrect information. Support the Credit Control supervisor by contacting the Insurer for new or increased insurance applications as required. You will be able handle administrative duties with precision, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. Has a solid background in a sales ledger environment, with a deep understanding of financial processes, account reconciliation, and invoice management. Your experience allows you to hit the ground running and add immediate value to the team. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to articulate ideas clearly and interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Has a keen eye for detail ensures accuracy in every task you undertake. Whether it’s entering data, reviewing invoices, or handling financial records, you maintain a high standard of accuracy, leaving no room for errors. Proactive self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. You take the initiative to identify areas for improvement, tackle challenges head-on, and find solutions independently, contributing to the team’s overall success.
