Job Summary: As a Charge Nurse, use your compassion and experience to provide clinical leadership and deliver quality care to patients with complex needs. Provide assessments, collaborate with families, and allocate key workers to ensure dignified care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs
* Collaborate with families to create care plans
* Allocate key workers to patients
* Orientate and mentor new staff
* SUPPORT SENIOR CLINICAL STAFF AND ASSIST WITH INVESTIGATIONS OR COMPLAINTS
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with NMC registration and supervision qualification
* Experience in producing care plans and risk assessments
* Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks
* Extensive nursing experience in mental health settings, particularly with dementia patients
* Leadership experience, including clinical mentorship
