We are seeking a Headteacher who:

* Has an appreciation of the symbiotic relationship between the school and the local community and is committed to building trust-based relationships with different groups, such as the PTA, local residents, the Church, Village Hall and Parish Council
* Enjoys working with children, and who wants to know and understand all the pupils in the school.
