Blue Arrow specialises in staffing for Admin & Secretarial including Call Centre, Transport & Logistics, Hospitality & Catering, Manufacturing & Production and Public Sector.\n\nJoin our #OneBlueFamily as a field based Senior National Account Manager to develop strategic relationships with public sector clients across the UK. Your role will be to increase our market share, drive growth and generate new business.\n\nSome of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Senior National Account Manager include:\n\nDevelop and implement sales strategies to target and secure contracts with public sector clients including local and central government, NHS, Education, councils and other nonprofit organisations\nIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and building relationships with decision-makers within the public sector\nBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and public sector entities\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that solutions are aligned with their specific requirements\nWith support from the dedicated Bid Team, respond to Request for Proposals, Invitations to Tender and other public sector bidding processes\nCollaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals that meet the technical, financial, and regulatory requirements of public sector clients.\nStay informed of trends, changes, and updates in the public sector market, including regulatory changes and budget cycles\nDeliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations\nLead negotiations on pricing and contracts\nOversee the execution of contracts and ensure all requirements are met for successful project delivery\nMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline progress\nProvide regular reports and forecasts to management on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges \n\nAbout you:\n\nYou'll have experience working within the recruitment industry and a proven track record of success within a business development role focusing on growing revenues within the public sector.\n\n Some of the Benefits, Training and Development we offer:\n\nBasic salary range 38k-50k plus bonus\nCar allowance 6k\nField based working from home role with travel across the whole of UK as required for meetings so a full driver's licence will be required\nDedicated structured support for new starters, including performance and development support, goal setting and advice on navigating your way through your new job\nClear career paths\n25 days holiday (plus public holidays) increasing by length of service until it reaches 30 days and with the option to buy additional annual leave\nFocused wellbeing programme, including access to a network of mental health first aiders and a full subscription to the Calm mindfulness app\nYour Birthday off\nFully paid day off for charity work of your choice\nWide range of flexible and lifestyle benefits\nLong service and recognition awards\nOngoing training and development \n\nProud to be an inclusive and equitable employer:\n\nWe are committed to being a Disability Confident Employer.
