Team Lead - Full Time Permanent
Monday to Friday - Located Seven Sisters Road - London N15 6HR
An exciting vacancy has arisen to join the creative and dynamic team at Haringey Recovery Service.
You will be responsible for supervising and leading a dedicated and passionate team of staff. Responsibilities include:
1. Providing support to staff in relation to case management and engagement
2. Providing quality and effective supervision
3. Chairing meetings
4. Ensuring achievement against key performance indicators
5. Developing the service on offer in Haringey
The post holder will require experience of working with people with experience of substance misuse problems and the complex issues and concerns that they face. The post holder will have previous experience of supervising staff and the ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the need to deliver excellent support to individuals accessing the service.
We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual who enjoys working within a busy team. The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines amongst competing priorities is vital in this position.
Ideally you will:
* Have experience of working in services that support people with substance abuse issues
* Have experience managing a small team
* Have experience or knowledge of services that support people around drugs and alcohol
* Have experience of developing new pathways, service relationships and service models
