The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Nottingham for a Personal Assistant (PA), on a 6 months contract working remote.
The role of the PA:
Using Slack, Excel, Teams and Outlook Calendars to manage the day is highly beneficial, professional communication skills, comfortability on the phone to call customers where needed and field messages for the Director.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 09:00 till 18:00
The Ideal candidate for this role will be able to or have:
* Great organisational, timekeeping and interpersonal skills to be able to keep up with a fast paced environment
* Own Laptop/PC required to a decent specification to be able to run multiple tabs and programmes
* Perform well under stress, able to keep to timelines and confident in their work
* Experience of use of Microsoft Packages such as Excel preferable
* Call handling experience with excellent customer service
