Our Techs are the face of Kantar to our panelists, representing Kantar to the outside world.You are responsible for installing and maintaining our TV, Broadband and Software metering equipment into panelist homes; and ensuring the accuracy of the data from the installed equipment and software.Travelling regionally, in a company car, our Techs are fully trained in the installation and maintenance processes and deliver seamless client-centric service.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesInstall and maintain metering equipment and software in panel homes.Provide outstanding customer service, professionalism and be part of a team that delivers a standout experience for our panel members.Educate and encourage panel members in the correct use and care of the metering equipment.Work with our wider operational teams to ensure SLAs and project deadlines are met on time.Investigate and trouble-shoot any issues.Liaise with the Panel Service Exec teams to ensure optimal service to panelists.Accurately log and report all panel home activityWork in collaboration with the Solution and Fleet Manager to maintain accurate stock levels of metering equipment as required.Your profile and key skills we are looking forCommunication - Excellent relationship building and communication skills with internal stakeholders and panel membersInnovative with a continuous improvement mindsetCustomer service and problem solving - polite and professional manner with a positive attitude towards problem solvingCollaboration - Team player who is happy to lend a hand when neededProactive, self-motivator and the ability to work autonomously in a remote roleUnderstanding of TV and peripheral technology desirable but not essentialDemonstrable experience of working in domestic environmentsPrepared to drive regionally within the UKA full driving licence with no more than 6 points (a company vehicle is provided).C.R.B check documentationRequired to work weekends
