Role: Oracle Fusion ERP Finance - Senior Consultant
Duration:6 months
Location: London,UK (Hybrid)
Your key responsibilities
• Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM (Application Implementation Methodology) /OUM (Oracle Unified Method) or other similar methodology
• Maintenance and enhancements to existing Oracle Fusion Financials modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Expenses, Cash Management and Accounting Hub and SLA
• Participate in design reviews and discussions
• Map client requirements against Oracle Fusion Financials modules
• Should be able to interpret functional requirements from onsite and able to deliver and design it from offshore
• Capable of handling Solution Design/Functional Fit-Gap/Training/Testing sessions
• Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs
• Prepare quality deliverables
• Prepare test scripts and test cases
• Conduct trainings
• Support Project Management Office (PMO)

• Demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced level of ERP knowledge and industry expertise to support delivery to clients
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
• Must have knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodology

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow well defined release management processes
• Ability to multi-task and still stay focused on release priorities
• Must have valid passport
• Client site work / Business Traveling may be involved
To qualify for the role, you must have
• 8-10 years of relevant experience working in Oracle ERP Financials with at least 2 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials
• Should have worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementations with at least one of the implementations on Oracle Fusion Financials
• Prior experience of Financials is required
• Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Delivered large/medium Oracle ERP programmes, demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced level of ERP knowledge and industry expertise to support delivery to clients
• The ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
