We are looking for a Sales Analyst to join us on a full-time basis for a 12 month FTC. This is a really exciting time to join our sales business as we are investing significantly to ensure we are ready to continue our ongoing success and growth as a sales organisation. The Sales Analyst, you, will be at the heart of our sales organisation.
Your key objective will be to provide performance reporting across multiple metrics to ensure our teams are continually working at an optimum level of performance.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels across the sales organisation in the UK.
As the Sales Analyst you will:
1. Present performance information and insights to team members and management daily and weekly
2. Compile and analyse data over time to help compile forecasting
3. Prepare accurate reports using data from internal sources
4. Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
5. Gather and analyse performance data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
6. Responsible for the maintenance and creation of CRM (Salesforce) dashboards
This will be a hybrid role working from our Knaresborough office 3 days per week.
What we’re looking for:
You may have recently left university and are now looking for that role that helps you start shaping your future career, or you may have been working in business intelligence or similar reporting roles and are now looking for a new challenge. Naturally you will have a love for analysis and getting to the heart of what the data tells you and us. Ideally you will have:
1. Salesforce experience
2. Excellent knowledge of Excel is required along with a sound knowledge of word processing and presentation software
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
4. High level of organisational skills
5. Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
6. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise
7. Excellent time management
