What You’ll Be Doing
Drive Market Expansion:
o Champion our suite of digital and technology solutions, taking to market and identifying new opportunities to expand our reputation and market presence.
Be the Sales Powerhouse:
o Take the lead on big-ticket tender opportunities, designing innovative solutions in collaboration with bid teams and subject matter experts.
Build Trust and Partnerships:
o Develop and sustain trusted relationships with public sector leaders, becoming the go-to advisor they rely on to meet their evolving challenges.
Inspire and Lead:
o Serve as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, shaping the business vision while empowering your team to craft bespoke, outcome-driven projects.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit:
Industry Trailblazer:
o You’ve honed your skills in Government recruitment or worked in a digital/technology consultancy serving the public sector, with strong and established relationships in the sector.
o Your expertise in building, deploying and scaling client teams, particularly within Central Government, will set you apart.
* Creative Problem Solver:
o You flourish at creating high value solutions to client problems that solve significant challenges.
o You design and rigorously deliver creative sales strategies
* Public Sector Expert:
o You understand the intricacies of public sector frameworks, procurement processes, and digital transformation initiatives, and you’re ready to put that knowledge to work.
What You Bring to the Table:
o Proven success of creating, developing and closing business within the Public Sector of £1M+ in contract value.
o Established relationships and network across the Public Sector, ideally within Central Govt &/or Defence.
o Exceptional relationship-building and leadership skills with the ability to manage people and teams.
o The ability to communicate and negotiate with impact.
o A strategic mindset paired with operational excellence to deliver results.
