What you'll be doing:
1. Work with suppliers to ensure pricing, supply and availability of materials and components for new and future projects.
2. Manage materials costing information for customer enquiries and project proposals.
3. Develop key supply chain solutions and partnerships for new products/projects.
4. Manage stakeholder relationships and communication.
5. Manage and support ECN, PCN requests and activities.
6. Manage effective transfer of supply chain data to tactical buyer.
7. Manage inventory.
8. Represent supply chain in project meetings.
Experience you will bring to the role:
1. Solid procurement experience gained in fast paced, high demand environment with frequently changing priorities.
2. NPI/Project procurement experience.
3. Advanced Excel skills - able to use pivot charts and V/X/H Lookups.
4. Able to manage multiple simultaneous projects with high profile clients.
5. Excellent client and supplier relationship building and management skills.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Familiar managing RFQ's, RFI's and associated reporting.
8. Benchmarking, cost-down, vendor rationalisation and inventory management skills.
9. Relevant qualification.
