Hiring Facilities Manager
Are you a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role?
We're seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the daily operations of our London Projects. This role requires a strong understanding of building maintenance, safety regulations, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facility Maintenance: Oversee preventive maintenance programs, repairs, and renovations.
* Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.
* Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.
* Budgeting: Develop and manage the facility's budget.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of facilities staff.
Qualifications:
* Proven at least 3 years of experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in facility management software.
