Head of D2C Investment Proposition - Aviva Direct Wealth
Are you someone with experience of D2C Investment Propositions, are you keen to lead this agenda and own the D2C Investment Strategy for Aviva Direct Wealth? Then this is the role for you.
Direct Wealth (D2C) is a key strategic business within Aviva’s Wealth offering. Our vision is to simplify life’s financial decisions so our customers can act with confidence. We have ambitions to grow to be a Market leading player in the D2C Market, with a highly stretching three-year plan. To achieve this, we need to ensure our Investment Proposition is Market leading and brings the best of Aviva to our retail customers.
This is a great job for someone who wants to own the D2C investment strategy, with the autonomy to lead, with support from our wider Wealth & Advice Investment Centre of Expertise.
A bit about the job:
1. Accountable for setting the investment strategy for Direct Wealth (D2C), working closely with Aviva Investors and the Wealth & Advice Investment COE.
2. Accountable for the suite of investment products and tools available to our Direct Customer base.
3. Responsible for working with Direct Wealth (D2C) Propositions team to ensure they have the right range of high performing retail products.
4. Accountable for products and funds available to DW customers and responsible for reviewing fund range with Aviva Investors.
5. Leads the assessment, implementation and embedding of the impact of regulatory changes or government initiatives for Direct Wealth.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. An experienced leader with a strong track record of delivering marketing leading D2C investment propositions.
2. Excellent understanding of key drivers in D2C investment market with knowledge of SIPPs/ ISA’s/GIA/ ETF’s/ Equity trading.
3. Gravitas and credibility, dealing with and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
4. Customer focused, driven and passionate with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
5. Good understanding of investment markets, asset classes, fund types, and asset management techniques.
6. Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment for investment platforms.
