Title: Property Manager Permanent, full time role. Hybrid working. Salary: £35k travel allowance & excellent benefits Location: West Yorkshire Head Office Our client is a retail business with over 50 stores throughout England and they are looking for a Property Manager to join them to oversee their nationwide stores. You will be to be based in their Head Office in West Yorkshire but you will be visiting their stores on a frequent basis. To be considered for this role you must have experience within a similar role and have a full UK driving licence. The main responsibilities of this role will include the following: Dealing with all maintenance queries Liaising with contractors and my clients managers (and maybe landlords) to ensure timely completion of works Conducting property inspections and inventories Coordinate maintenance and repairs with the managers Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities (PAT testing, alarms, Health & Safety etc) Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions Conducting regular site visits Oversee cyclical and planned maintenance, interpreting leases as needed To fulfil the requirements of this role, you must have the following skills and experience: Previous experience in property management within the commercial sector RICS and/or IFSM qualifications are advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Strong administrative and organisational skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Knowledge of health and safety compliance and relevant legislation This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join a successful and thriving company with genuine opportunity for career progression.
