The Catterick Integrated Care Centre(CICC) is the first of its kind, a truly transformational development between the NHS and MOD. It represents the vision and ambition of system leaders and associated organisations to realise a new and innovative model, which moves away from disease treatment and management to seamless person- and family-centred care and support in the community. CICC will provide integrated health and care services for military personnel and their dependents, as well as the general NHS patient population that will grow due to new housing developments. There is national interest in the development, and CICC is expected to be an exemplar of best practice in integrated military and civilian healthcare, as well as in new ways of working. All partners across the NHS, MOD, and our communities remain committed to delivering this new facility and turning the vision into a reality. The Digital Project Manager is responsible for leading the strategic delivery and implementation of digital solutions to support the development of the CICC and its innovative model of care. Key responsibilities include: Driving NHS digital transformation by delivering and embedding innovative technologies that enable seamless, integrated care for both military and civilian populations. Championing digital innovation by identifying opportunities for technology to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes. Managing stakeholder relationships across the NHS, MOD, and community partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on digital initiatives. Coordinating the development and implementation of NHS digital infrastructure ensuring it meets the unique needs of the CICC and supports future growth in demand. Monitoring and evaluating NHS digital performance using data-driven insights to inform improvements and demonstrate the impact of digital solutions. Ensuring interoperability of systems to facilitate seamless data sharing between military, civilian, and community healthcare providers. Keeping CICC at the forefront of digital excellence contributing to national recognition as a leader in integrated care through technology. Identifying risks and mitigating challenges related to the delivery of digital systems in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This role is instrumental in ensuring that the NHS digital foundations of the CICC support its vision of integrated care. It calls for a leader with expertise in digital project management, transformation, and collaboration across multiple organisations. By implementing cutting-edge digital solutions and fostering innovation, the Digital Project Manager will leave a lasting legacy of improved healthcare delivery for both military and civilian communities.
