With this in mind as part of the selection process for this position you will be asked to complete two other activities in addition to the competency-based interview that you will invited to. This extended selection process is designed to assess your management style and the specific details of the exercises will be given if you are successfully shortlisted. The provisional date of the selection event is 17th March 2025, although this may be subject to change.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Registered Health / Social Care Practitioner. Recognised degree qualification or equivalent. Professional registration.
Desirable criteria
1. Additional qualification in healthcare leadership and/or management.
Experience
Essential criteria
1. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a senior clinician. Minimum of 2 years first line management experience. Experience of integrated health working and partnership working with multi-agency colleagues. Experience of clinical audits and benchmarking. Experience of improving patient experience through complaint management or patient feedback.
Desirable criteria
1. Experience of performance management and use of relevant tools. Experience of budget management and/or implementing cost efficiencies/best value for money. Experience of working in Learning Disability services. Experience of leading change.
Ability to Manage
Essential criteria
