We are looking for a Project Support Officer to support the implementation of the current nursing Band 5/6 review across NHS Forth Valley. This role will provide high level project support to the Band 5/6 Nursing Review and is part of the HR Resourcing team based in Carron bank Medical Centre, Denny. We require someone with previous experience supporting large scale projects who can work to tight timescales. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential and you should be a confident communicator at all levels of the organisation. A key requirement for this role is to plan and co-ordinate the panels who will be reviewing the review submissions, so it is essential that you have an understanding of the job evaluation process, and the systems used to manage, monitor and report on the progress of the review process.
