About half of your time will be spent on stakeholder management with the other half spent on employee life cycle work and projects.
It is anticipated you will have a good grasp of the day to day but also enjoy taking a leading role in continuing to push the positives of HR and what modern, good people plans look like.
A background in a fast-paced, blue collar environment would be useful but as to what that industry is they are very open.
As mentioned above it is a part time role, probably two days a week to begin with.
The business is in a position to interview and offer quickly, so please apply today or contact Dominic for more details.
