ALEXANDER LLOYD are delighted to be partnering with a well-known organisation, on the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor on a Permanent basis. The role will manage day-to-day operational HR related matters to an aligned business area, supporting line managers in their people activity. The post holder will support the Senior HRBP with driving cultural change, workforce planning, including talent, succession planning and leadership development.
Duties:
1. You will be a partner to Managers, by providing advice, guidance and coaching on HR issues to managers and employees including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition, employee performance & development, succession planning, culture.
2. Take responsibility for supporting line managers with all casework issues of employees (below SMT level). This includes formal and informal disciplinary and grievance cases, long-term and intermittent sickness absence management and any welfare concerns raised by employees or their manager.
3. Work alongside Senior HRBP to support corporate/local initiatives and projects on a broad range of HR related subjects, contributing to the delivery of project work and policy development within the department by taking part in or leading project teams.
4. Building constructive relationships with colleagues across the HR Team and interfacing with Learning & Development, Recruitment, Reward and Payroll in the delivery of an effective HR Advisory service across UK&I.
5. Work alongside the Senior HRBP to recommend and direct the development of policy and procedure on all aspects of HR management and practice that reflects legislation and other regulations, current best practice of HR management.
6. Support Senior HRBP in succession planning, talent development and talent pipelines.
7. Contribute to conducting effective employee transfers, referring to current legislation with regard to TUPE.
You will have/need:
1. Strong ER experience in a fast-paced environment.
2. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
3. Evidence of supporting managers with performance and capability issues.
4. Evidence of excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver across a range of work activities and juggle a busy workload.
5. CIPD qualified (or equivalent occupational experience).
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the office, which is based in North West London. The salary on offer is up to £45,000.
