Receptionist - Part time
Cambridge
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Corporate Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is based in Cambridge and offers a convenient location, just a short walk from the Cambridge Train Station.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, representing our brand with professionalism and warmth. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations and providing excellent customer service.
You should be creative, confident and approachable with proven experience in an environment where five-star customer service is always expected.
Hours
Thursday and Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: £11,232 per annum
Key Responsibilities
Managing the reception
* Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
* Maintaining a neat and organised reception area
* Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
The Building
* Reporting any building issues and closely liaising with the off-site building management team
* Managing contractors and ensure any maintenance issues are managed to resolution.
* You will ensure any vacant office space is kept pristine and support the letting agents marketing the space.
* You will pay particular attention to the security of the building
* You will manage data input and control for the building car park entry system (training will be given). There will also be some liaison with the wider management who are responsible for the ongoing development of the area.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Can-do attitude and a friendly demeanour
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
