As they continue to expand, they are looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor – Electrical to lead their team and uphold their high standards of safety, compliance, and workmanship. About the Role Operating across West and South Wales, the company provides electrical contracting services for domestic, commercial, industrial, and agricultural clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all work meets BS 7671 regulations, providing technical support, and mentoring a team of electricians. Key Responsibilities Oversee and lead a team of electricians across Solar PV, Commercial Installations, Domestic Rewires, Fire Alarms, EV Charging, and Security Systems. Review, assess, and sign off electrical certification and compliance documentation. Conduct testing, inspections, and electrical reporting to ensure compliance with NICEIC standards. Provide technical support to electricians and clients, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Promote a positive health & safety culture across all projects. Assist in scaling operations, with long-term career progression opportunities. What We’re Looking For Fully qualified electrician with proven leadership experience. Strong background in electrical testing, inspections, and certification. Experience in commercial and domestic installations, fire alarms, security systems, and renewables. Full UK driving licence (essential). Relevant qualifications (preferred but not mandatory): City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations) City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (Test & Inspection Certificate) NVQ Level 3 or equivalent apprenticeship certification NICEIC Approved Contractor experience (preferred).
