Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Salary: £42,187 - £50,964 + excellent benefits (pro-rata for term time)

About Us: Cheshire Hall School is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art school opening in April 2025. We provide education for up to 120 pupils aged 5-19, catering to children with a wide range of needs including autism and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Role Overview: As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments. You will offer individualized interventions based on clinical assessment and formulation.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide therapeutic support within our schools and children’s homes.
2. Consult, train, and guide educational and residential teams regarding therapeutic strategies.
3. Ensure clinically informed living and learning environments for young people.
4. Deliver individualized interventions for children and young people with complex needs.

Qualifications:
1. Qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
2. Experience delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
3. Experience supporting teams around a child or young person.
4. Confident and engaging model, guide, leader, and trainer.
5. Highly organized and proactive.
6. Committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people.
