Make a Difference: Deputy Manager - Residential Childcare (Oldbury, Birmingham)
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team in providing exceptional care for children and young people aged 10-18 who have experienced trauma, neglect, exploitation, and/or abuse in Oldbury, Birmingham.

Requirements:
1. Full UK Manual Driving Licence
2. Minimum 24 months residential childcare experience
3. Minimum 12 months senior/supervisory experience
4. Diploma level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People
