We promote & operate over 140 events a year and as we grow, we are looking for a passionate individual to grow with us. The Role New Vision Events is looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who can assist with crafting and organising meaningful social media content for each of our unique brands. The role will involve a varied range of activities and as always with a small growing team will require flexibility and adaptability in line with the ever-changing needs of the business. Who You Are… Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience Experience working in a marketing role using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube Organised self-starter with a meticulous eye for detail Creative thinker A key team player with strong communication and organisational skills A problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet, prioritise your workload and implement measures to improve procedures Possess strong online communication skills including the ability to relate to different audiences Strong IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office & some editing applications Ability to manage several projects at one time Desired Experience Prior music industry experience Experience in a similar live events company Degree in marketing or similar field preferred but not necessary Some experience in video and photo editing using tools such as Canva and Adobe Knowledge and enthusiasm regarding UK festival markets and events What You Will Be Doing… Coordinate compelling social media posts across various brands New Vision Events operates Focus on B2C marketing across various social media platforms & B2B marketing on LinkedIn Brief creative for artwork and show assets to designers Coordinate asset distribution and social posting for internal & external departments such as agents, venues, sponsors & event partners Create social media reports and summaries recapping major announcements, on-sale, events and communicate these to Senior Leadership Team. Support social media and creative teams on-site at festivals and events Create detailed social media campaigns and timelines Create engaging content for paid advertisements Assist in the development of existing & future brands Behaviours The following attributes determine how the role will be carried out and are required to be a success Passionate and enthusiastic about working in the Events and Festival industry Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate festivals & large events A creative approach to working and problem solving Working Schedule Monday - Friday with occasional weekend work when needed at large scale / high profile events. Hybrid Work in Lichfield - Work remotely and from office. Required to occasionally work away at various UK event sites.
