Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Brighton
Salary: Up to £35, per annum (pro rata to P/T hours)

Our client, a leading organisation in their field, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor to join their team. You will be responsible for providing high level HR support and guidance to the organisation, ensuring a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with managers and employees to provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures
2. Manage the recruitment and retention process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
3. Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
4. Contribute to the development and revision of employment policies and procedures
5. Assist in the implementation of employee health and safety initiatives
6. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge
7. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures
8. Promote employee wellbeing through various programmes and initiatives
Qualifications:
9. Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role
10. Excellent knowledge of HR practises and employment legislation
11. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships
12. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
13. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
14. High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
15. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
16. CIPD or equivalent qualification is desirable
