CRS are currently assisting our Hire client in sourcing a full time Assistant Branch Manager to join the team at the depot in Dunfermline. Our ideal candidate will have experience of an equipment hire business or similar operation.
Experience of managing and developing a small team of people in a customer facing operation would be advantageous, achieving daily production / delivery targets.
The successful assistant branch manager will be capable and willing to make operational decisions to ensure the branch meets runs successfully. A good level of computer literacy is required as is a full UK driving licence.
Having direct responsibility for the hire desk and managing all aspects of the transport operation youll be supporting, and when necessary deputising for, the Branch Manager. Ultimately working together to ensure all aspects of the branch business are being proactively managed meeting and exceeding all company standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing all aspects of the Hire Desk and the Transport operation to ensure that customers are being serviced properly.
2. Maintaining and developing positive relationship with existing and prospective customers.
