This is a part-time role, with a mix of AM and PM shifts including weekends. We are on a mission to deliver an outstanding experience to every guest that walks through our doors. Our meeting and events department is at the forefront of that mission. In this role you will join a friendly, welcoming team who take pride in the running of meetings and events. You will set up event spaces to the highest standard, ensuring a great experience for all of our guests. You will have great knowledge of our set up and service standards (after a full training of course). You will also take great care of the meeting and event areas, keeping it clean, tidy and well presented at all times. Some of the responsibilities will include: Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces according to specifications. Transport and arrangement of furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed for events. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of event spaces throughout the duration of events. Assist event executives with various tasks to ensure the smooth execution of events. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, including responding promptly to inquiries and requests. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, at all times. Other tasks, within reason, to ensure the smooth running of events.
