We are seeking three enthusiastic Sales and Leasehold Management Officers with experience in Right to Buy and Leasehold Management to join our vibrant Sales and Leasehold Management Team. These permanent positions are within the Housing, Environments, and Communities (HEC) department at LBBD.
What You’ll Do
In this varied role, you’ll be the go-to person for our leaseholders, assisting with queries on service charges, investigating concerns, and liaising with other services to provide comprehensive responses. Additionally, you’ll take enforcement action for lease breaches, process and record sublet requests, and ensure all associated fees are collected.
Why You’ll Love It
This is a customer-focused role where you’ll deliver professional service aligned with our DRIVE values, contributing to service improvements and enhancing the customer journey. The job is challenging and requires quick thinking and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet both statutory and corporate deadlines. You’ll thrive in a supportive team environment where your contributions make a real difference.
Special Requirements for This Post
While the role is predominantly home-based, you’ll need to come into the office at least twice a week, so a reliable internet connection is essential. Knowledge and experience in Leasehold Management are crucial.
