Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
1. Collaborate with the board to develop and execute the company’s vision, strategy, and performance objectives.
2. Drive HR strategies that enhance business performance and commercial success.
3. Champion the business vision and values, developing a transformative 5-year talent strategy.
4. Provide coaching and support to leadership teams, fostering effective working practices and behaviors.
5. Oversee robust succession planning and performance management processes.
6. Lead sustainability initiatives within the organization and across the supply chain.
People & Performance Leadership
1. Develop and implement a 5-year People & Performance strategy focused on talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and performance management.
2. Performance management, remuneration, and benefits.
3. Employee recognition and engagement.
4. Talent acquisition, development, and retention.
5. Diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
6. Internal communication strategies.
7. Employee health, safety, and well-being.
8. Partner with the Managing Director and leadership team to define and implement impactful organizational development strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance
1. Actively contribute to the exec forum, sharing insights and best practices.
2. Ensure compliance with the business governance standards, including GDPR.
3. Identify and implement innovative HR solutions, leveraging advancements in AI and digital transformation.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
1. Extensive HR Director & Leadership experience, preferably across multiple sites and at a senior executive level.
2. Proven experience working within culturally diverse or international organizations.
3. Experience partnering with senior leadership and boards to drive meaningful business transformation.
4. Experience in Retail or FMCG desirable.
5. A demonstrated track record of delivering results, aligning resources, and executing strategic plans effectively.
