SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Oxford
Salary: £20,000 - £22,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant's to join our supportive team working with our Client Secondary Schools across the Oxford area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about making a positive impact on the education and development of students with special educational needs (SEN). The role will involve working closely with teachers and other professionals to support students in accessing the curriculum, ensuring they have the best possible learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN.
Assist students in overcoming barriers to learning, enabling them to access the curriculum and engage fully with lessons.
Work closely with teachers and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
Help with the delivery of specific interventions and support in classroom activities.
Assist with the use of adaptive technology and resources to support learning.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and valued.
Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback to the teacher and SENCO.
