Electrician
Social Housing, Schools, Public Conveniences, Offices, Heritage and Museums.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Electrical test and inspection.
2. Reactive repairs and fault finding.
3. Full domestic electrical rewiring.
4. Electrical installation to kitchens and bathrooms.
5. Electrical installation of domestic heating system.
6. Diagnosing jobs thoroughly, identifying necessary materials, and coordinating with other trades for project completion.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (Preferred).
2. 18th Edition qualification (Desirable).
3. 2391 or equivalent in Inspecting and Testing (Essential).
4. Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an electrical maintenance/building environment.
