Complaints Investigation Officer required for our established client. Yearly salary will be £27,000, working 37 hours a week.
This is a temporary position, for 3-6 months.
3 days a week spent in the Southend office, and 2 days working from home.
Duties:
Log complaints
Maintain communication with residents to keep them updated
Investigate complaints; involving staff, managers and directors where appropriate
Respond to complaints in line, and to set timescales in accordance with company procedures and the Housing Ombudsman
Send customers well written, comprehensive responses to their complaintsBenefits:

PensionExperience required:
Previous complaints and investigation experience (2 years minimum)
Housing experience is highly desirable
Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
