About the role
If you have great customer service skills, enjoy helping people, and have good PC skills, we would like to hear from you. Debt support officers work alongside debt caseworkers to carry out a range of activities that prepare the client to receive full debt advice with the caseworker. This includes supporting clients to complete a budget in advance of the appointment and gathering all the necessary paperwork to progress their case after they’ve received advice. Debt support officers also provide general administrative support such as dealing with incoming and outgoing post, managing SMS, e-signatures and electronic document upload requests, making referrals, ensuring records are updated in line with policy, and liaising with clients and third parties.
Application Process
Please send your CV with a covering letter explaining how your skills meet the requirements for the post to esylvester@calw.org.uk.
