The Project As an experienced HSEQ Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that company projects comply with current HSEQ legislation and that safety policies and practices are adopted and adhered to. Requirements For this role it is essential that you carry the following qualifications as a minimum; Full UK Driving Licence (Willingness to travel) Previous experience in a HSEQ role working for a Main Contractor in the Construction or Civil Engineering Industry NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent The Role Job Title: HSEQ Manager Job Type: Permanent Location: High Wycombe Office (Nationwide Travel) Duties To provide HSEQ support to the business Ensuring competency levels are maintained (CPD) Maintenance and management of Business Risk Register Produce and present Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality reports to senior leadership Reviewing RAMS, quality plans (I & TP) from suppliers and sub-contractors Making routine, regular visits to company operations to ensure HSEQ practices are adhered to Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Integrated Management System Procedures To maintain and develop the company HSEQ Integrated Management System to achieve ISO certification Uphold and develop the HSEQ reporting systems to demonstrate compliance and improvement in performance To lead or assist with investigations into accidents, ill health and dangerous occurrences and ensure that appropriate reporting action is taken To ensure compliance with the Company Standards of Service and quality systems and to meet the requirements of the company business objectives To successfully support an efficient, cost effective and customer focused service by ensuring that the services supplied by the Company comply with legislation and client specification This is a Permanent position with a competitive Salary on offer for the successful candidate.
