We are excited to share with you a new opportunity with our internationally recognised client. The main purpose of the Administrator is to ensure all clerical duties for the department are done in an efficient and timely manner. The main tasks are creating and logging schemes whilst document tracking.
Job Details:
Working Week: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.00am-4.00pm / 9.00am-5.00pm (37 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £11.44 (increasing to £12.21 from 1st April)
Duration: Fixed Temp Assignment - 12 monthsProject & financial Duties:
Create, update and log schemes on MPD
Create MPD and CFS numbers
Circulate documents electronically when required
Ensure schemes are circulating
Log and track any IADs or FSs
Creating and receipting Purchase orders and BPA’s on Oracle/CFS
Inputting budget data into Oracle/CFS
PDF and send any finalised documents
Jacob’s monthly invoice
Logging and tracking construction files
Creating new MPD/CFS numbers
Circulating and tracking PIAsRegulator reporting/Audits:
Input any new data into the weekly report and format correctly
Weekly Scheme Review Meeting Pack
Prepare and email out the weekly metrics and IDAR/EHV meeting packsGeneral Admin duties:
Complete change request forms
Archive and shred documents
Arrange external and internal meeting rooms, including any refreshments, accommodation or travel
Checking stationary and office supplies to reorder if necessary
Arranging printer and fax repairs and services
Arranging any office repairs or services
Deal with incoming and outgoing post for the department
Answer any unmanned phones
Organise any cards or presents
