We are looking for a dedicated Authorising and Onboarding Specialist to join our small but efficient team. What You'll Do
1. Collaborate & Achieve - Work closely with a supportive team to process, underwrite, and reference firm/adviser applications within strict timescales.
2. Customer-Centric Approach - Ensure every action contributes to a positive customer experience, handling day-to-day enquiries and providing ongoing support.
3. FCA Registration: Authorise and manage FCA registrations for all Appointed Representatives joining our networks.
4. Effective Communication - Manage telephone calls and emails, ensuring accurate audit trails.
5. Adapt & Comply - Follow team policies and procedures, incorporating necessary adjustments for evolving FCA regulations and network requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Data Precision - Accurately input and process applications within set standards and timescales.
7. Customer Engagement - Address adviser queries via email and telephone to foster a positive customer culture.
8. Underwriting Expertise - Underwrite and reference applications efficiently.
9. Pipeline Oversight - Maintain and update the onboarding pipeline.
10. Liaison & Support - Regularly communicate with advisers, lenders, and providers to ensure smooth operations.
11. Adherence to Standards - Follow full referencing procedures and team protocols, ensuring fair treatment of all customers.
12. Database Management - Upload all authorisation firm and adviser files to the GAS database.
13. CPD Compliance - Maintain accurate CPD records and complete required annual assessments.
14. GDPR Adherence - Ensure compliance with GDPR guidelines, both remotely and in the Head Office.
15. Objectives & Reviews - Achieve key objectives set during annual appraisals and one-to-ones.
16. Consumer Duty - Contribute to the network's Consumer Duty obligations in all actions and decisions.
