We have an immediate requirement for a permanentClass 2 HGV Lorry Driverto support our Carrickfergus branch. Branch opening hours are Mon - Thurs 07.30 - 17.00 Fri 07.30 - 16.00 We are offering a variety of full and part time contracts so flexible working arrangements will be strongly considered. WHAT WILL I BE DOING: Delivering Building and Timber materials to customers at both building sites and private houses Serving customers face to face, providing the highest possible service Preparing orders for collection & delivery Adherence to road safety, company health and safety procedures and code of conduct at all times Any other duties as many be deemed necessary to ensure business objectives are met WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU: A clean Class 2 HGV license and previous multi-drop driving experience Fork lift truck certificate Knowledge of the road network around Bangor and the surrounding areas Experience in a similar drive role An excellent understanding of customer service A strong work ethic Knowledge of the timber and building trade A crane (HIAB) certificate (this is beneficial but not essential) A valid CPC Card & Digi Tacograph card if you are interested in this opportunity and feel you have the relevant skills for the role, please apply today.
