What you'll be doing: Aa a Learning and Development Specialist Lead you will lead your team of L&D Design & Delivery Consultants. You will support delivery of the Culture and Capability Plan and wider Operations Strategy. This role is pivotal to shaping the future of our Operations function by driving a 'learning organisation’ culture. Lead and inspire the L&D team Encourage and build a team culture where collaboration and innovation thrive Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D plan aligned with the Operations strategy & business objectives and Key Results. Oversee the design and delivery of effective learning solutions, including blended learning, micro learning, experiential learning, workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules Develop and implement a cross skilling learning plan to enhance business resilience Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in L&D What we’re looking for: Proven experience in L&D, with a strong track record of delivering successful learning initiatives. Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching skills Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design Experience and competency with Learning Management Systems & Content Creation Tools (preferably Articulate) and a commitment to modernising how learning is created, delivered and made accessible for all.
