We are recruiting for a Residential Team Leader to join our Homes in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
Our homes cater for Children aged 7 – 14 on admission. You will work with an experienced team in a culture where children are respected, listened to, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

Your role as Residential Team Leader will be varied and interesting while following a planned structure, so you know what to expect. As a team leader, you will also be supporting the leadership team in developing the newer members of our team, taking part in supervision and career development.
We aim to ensure our children are safe, well-parented, and raised in a happy home where they can flourish, learn, and give back the childhood they deserve. We create positive memories through laughter, fun, and love to help reduce challenging behaviours by teaching better ways to cope.
