What the Job Involves Engage with young people, parents, education providers, and external services, primarily using phone or digital communication to track education and participation. Oversee the NEET and not-known groups, ensuring their engagement with suitable services and addressing their evolving requirements. Maintain comprehensive data records on the Client Caseload Information System (CCIS) regarding youth participation. Effect timely and precise data acquisition and submission for national reports, including the Department for Education's September offer and annual Activity Survey. Strategically use social media, home visits, and inter-agency collaboration to trace 16-18-year-olds' participation, addressing unknown activities. Ensure data management policies prioritize safeguarding children and young people's welfare. Maintain accurate reporting on case interventions within secure information systems. Facilitate fluid information exchange with educational entities like schools and colleges to keep contact details current.
