Van Mobile Plumber (Self Employed) – London
Location:Central London
Salary:£225 per day
Hours –Days Monday to Friday
My client are currently recruiting for a Van Mobile Plumber (Self Employed) looking after a Portfolio of High End Residential Complex sites located across Central London. As this is a self employed role you will be required to have you’re own vehicle along with own tools. Day rate is £225 working Days Monday to Friday. Hours are flexible within reason
My client is holding interviews ASAP!!
Duties:
* Complete PPMs in a timely and efficient fashion
* Ensure Reactive works are completed in a timely and efficient fashion
* Basin & Tap Changes
* General Building Service Maintenance
* Minor Fabric Works Fixing Broken Doors/Locks etc.
* Ensuring the site is kept in full working condition
* Ensuring full compliance & Health and Safety are being met
* Provide a positive working environment
Requirements:
* Previous reactive plumbing maintenance experience – 2 years plus
* NVQ level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent (level 2 will be considered with the right experience.
* Full UK driving licence and experience navigating Central London
* Good IT Skills and proficiency working via a PDA/mobile device.
* Excellent customer service/client-facing skills.
* Ability to problem solve and think clearly under pressure.
* Own tools.
* Clear DBS.
Package:
* £225 per day base salary, dependent upon experience
* Comprehensive initial training program
* Uncapped earnings
* Out of hours call outs – £70 per hour for the first hour and £45 per hour thereafter.
* Free uniform.
