Our client is a franchised car dealership looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Parts Advisor to join their team.
Telesales Parts Advisor Role:
Working within a team, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. Your responsibilities will include contacting customers via telephone to sell promoted products, advise customers of new products and campaigns, or conduct satisfaction reviews.
As a Telesales Parts Advisor, you will need to be a strong all-rounder, understanding all aspects of parts. You will be customer-focused and able to prioritize your workload to meet customer expectations. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating the customer database, using the database to create call lists and follow-up systems, and designing a tailored approach to telephone calls with clear objectives.
Telesales Parts Advisor – Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor.
2. Preferably have Autoline / Kerridge experience.
3. Excellent communication skills are essential.
4. Positive, customer-focused attitude and approach to work.
5. Valid driving licence.
Package:
OTE circa £24K depending on experience. After 3 years of service, you will receive an extra 3 days holiday.
