The role
As the successful National Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading the wholesale channel including Bestway, Dhamecha Group and Spar to name a few key customers. You will be expected to build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver profitable growth within your accounts. You will have full P&L responsibility.
The ideal fit
* Experience in a National Account Manager role or equivalent
* Had experience managing a P&L within wholesale
* Passion for achievement; integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen
* Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches
* Strong, confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills with a capability to flex style when appropriate
* Comfortable working in a small dynamic team
* Self starter
Salary: £50,000 plus benefits package, including bonus, company car and other company benefits
Location: Field based, ideally you must have easy access to the Midlands due to customer base.
