We are a maintenance company based in the West Midlands who carry out reactive and planned works on behalf of our clients. We are looking for an administrator to join our team to assist with the day to day office tasks. Duties include Assisting with day-to-day office-based tasks Supporting the smooth running of the business Organisation and record keeping Data entry Use of online portals Leasing with clients and providing clear and up to date information Costing for quotations and uplifts Sourcing materials and leasing with suppliers to purchase items required for works Checking over engineer job sheets and invoicing Chasing clients for overdue payments Skills and specifications Communicate efficiently and fluently in both written and verbal form Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Ability to work well individually and as part of a team Should follow verbal or written instructions Benefits Flexibility with working hours Full time or part time 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (some holidays to be kept back for Christmas close down)
