Job summary An exciting opportunity has become available in the new OD teamin Corporate WOD. The main purpose of this role is to support all OD and benefits administration activities The post holder will play an important role within the wider OD Team to engage colleagues in the Trusts learning and development offer, communicate in an engaging way with all customers, manage the top up shops, update the intranet pages, govern the benefits programmes, provide data reports for relevant meetings, support events and build relationships with external providers. This role will be highly visible across the Trust promoting the benefits schemes and learning and development programmes across the CHFT footprint.
